The Partnership Finance Executive Team is made
up of highly experienced individuals.

Our Executive Team is comprised of individuals with a long and accomplished track record. The Investment Parent is founded upon true entrepreneurial spirit and direct experience in the formation and management of a diverse range of enterprise. Our two Guernsey based directors have held senior executive positions in major UK Plc organisations and continue to be involved in various business interests including Partnership Finance Ltd.

Jim Beck
Managing Director
Jim's first experience of the factoring and discounting industry was in 1979 when he joined Credit Factoring International Ltd (latterly Lombard NatWest Commercial Services Ltd), a subsidiary of National Westminster Bank Plc. He held various senior positions over more than 25 years and after the takeover of NatWest by RBS he was a director of the combined factoring businesses (Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services Ltd). After taking early retirement from RBSCS Jim came to the Holding Company of Partnership Finance in a consultative role in 2007 prior to being appointed MD in 2009.

Phil Padgham
Business Development Director
Phil's Invoice Finance experience spans in excess of 20 years having worked in both the independent, and to a lesser extent, the bank owned sectors. Senior roles have been performed in key areas of operational delivery including client and risk management, facility structuring, and new business team direction. The combination of technical and commercial knowledge greatly enhances his ability to understand and deliver a solution that meets the customers overall objective. These skills are especially effective in assisting in the more challenging circumstances although he is equally driven in dealing with less pressured applications.
